Terms of Service

Terms governing your use of MorsePass

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of MorsePass at https://morsepass.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

MorsePass provides educational software for FCC amateur radio exam preparation, Morse code study, and CW practice. MorsePass is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FCC, ARRL, or any testing organization. Training results do not guarantee that you will pass an examination or obtain a license.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in method, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share, resell, or transfer paid access unless we expressly permit it.

4. Purchases and access

Prices and access periods are shown before checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. One-time passes expire at the end of their stated access period and do not renew automatically. Stripe processes payments. Taxes and currency conversion may apply.

You can cancel a subscription before its next renewal through the available billing portal. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable after access has been provided.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, automate abusive requests, distribute malicious code, copy or resell protected content, or use MorsePass in violation of law.

6. Intellectual property

MorsePass and its original software, design, lessons, and training materials are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your access is active. References to third-party organizations, examinations, or trademarks are for identification and educational purposes only.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Educational disclaimer

Question pools, regulations, and examination requirements can change. You are responsible for checking current official FCC and examination-coordinator materials. MorsePass does not provide legal, regulatory, or professional advice.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where legally permitted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid MorsePass during the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

10. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
